Bruce has the lead role in field service delivery and production assembly. He is also a CAD design and lab technician who contributes to product development. Bruce developed his skills over 10 years working in production processes, inventory management and assembly operations. 

Bruce studied philosophy and psychology at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium and the Open University in the UK.
