Karen is co-founder of Green Stream, leading the business operations, including revenue generation, finance, team organization and project management. She steered Green Stream through its launch, securing grants, awards and support in the early years. Then she turned her focus to building customer relationships and solution delivery systems.

Karen is passionate about global issues, especially climate change.  She believes that science and technology are key to addressing climate challenges and is dedicated to supporting solutions with her complementary skills. Karen is skilled in B2B service sales, marketing, customer service, product development, research and management. She has also led product development teams and managed external partner networks. 

Before Green Stream, Karen worked for over twenty-five years in the B2B service industry in Switzerland, Belgium and the US. Karen holds an MBA from Henley Business School in the UK, with a specialty in innovation management.
